    Great Buy for the money!
I bought one of these Super Pro Grill and the Side Firebox this past week and used it yesterday to the best pulled pork shoulder that I've ever smoked to make.
The grill was pretty easy to put together, and I could even do as opposed to the information in accordance with the instructions.
Once we are stoked and started it, it proved to be a great buy, it was relatively easy to keep a low, constant temperature by 225 degrees, occasionally adding more fuel and wood to the side firebox. It needs to be watched and checked often, but worth the effort. It keeps the smoke well, even though a good amount escapes around the joints, and produced an enviable smoke ring on the meat.
The cast-iron grates are easy to clean and really make this model superior to what I've seen in this price range. A disadvantage is that they must be cleaned and seasoned properly, so they do not rust, but what will she say amazing. (A good cleaning tip I have from my grandfather, who is an old hat, smoking and grilling, in order to place in a self-cleaning oven on clean cycle when they get really cruddy, and they come out perfectly with the spice intact).
I have only one complaint - the first time, my husband and I tried the grill, the move broke both the supplied plastic wheels to the axle, making it impossible to use them, rolling around the grill! I looked over the instructions, but when I thought I had installed the wheels correctly. The grill was not rolled over rough terrain, just off the entrance to the backyard.
We LOVE the grill itself, but must be able to move it in different places around the house (backyard for parties, driveway for our use). I contacted Char-Griller about this and they were very helpful and offers to send a replacement. But I think we will get a more robust set of wheels from somewhere else, not looking forward to the idea of replacing these wheels again.

An Excellent Addition For Your Grill!

Ihave never used a smoker before, and I've never tried to smoke anything on the grill. But I love grilling, and I felt that my trip to make food in the world always taking long been overdue. Rather than buy a separate smoking for that purpose, I decided to go with me to the Char-Griller Side Fire Box for my 2121 Super Pro BBQ. I wanted a coal-smoking anyway, and that's great, because one of the most significant real estate grill a ton of material at once, use smoke if you want.
Plus it has the added advantage of already good looking grill, turn into super-horny Envy Inspiring franken Which grill propane grill Owners Cower In Fear and Respect.
I could make things a little exaggerated. But it looks pretty cool.
The installation was a bit of a pain, because the perforated areas are the grill and fire pit is not particularly well perforated. Instead of just popping them out, I found myself a couple of holes drilled to connect before hammering it from weakening. Then I had most of the bolt holes drilled me, not because they do not cooperate. Once that was done, though the rest of the installation a breeze, and the fire box has a good, solid connection with the grill.
His performance is outstanding. It is easy to provide for a good, consistent temperatures in the main grill and the results in a nice, even cooking of large and small objects.
The fire box can also be a small tabletop grill can be used. But you must choose one. Once a page is converted furnace, it can no longer be used as a portable grill. I'm not sure why. It seems that with a little technology, it would be simple, a removable side panel fire box, make changes in a portable grill. When it comes to the main grill mounted on rails instead of screws and the side opening was a door, rather than stamped out permanently ....
But unfortunately this is not the case. And as a portable grill, it would be pretty hard anyway. Perhaps it is better to go and get one of those Lowe tailgater grill on wheels for 39 $.
If you have a grill that have accepted the side firebox to get. It's unbelievable. Overall, this is a great buy, and as an avid smoker and grill, I would recommend it as a great first foray into smoking.

    Nice unit

I bought this fire box in connection with the char griller and assembled the grill first. The firebox has a nice subject, the in and out, that the ashes and coals, remove it from the side and throw it very easy to collect slides. It also fits two cast iron grille (supplied) on the top grill as a direct use for small jobs. A notice to be prepared at the grill assembly to the main body, with good drill and 5 / 16 "bit, say the instructions from the panel can be beaten, but you are drilling and hammering it out say. The instructions that this may be necessary, but it is not necessary. There are some spacers that at the bottom go to support the pits, but it seems to be one, but too long, as the combustion chamber sits at an oblique angle to the grill, I will remove it and file em down 1 / 4 " Either way, because it looks funny.
